The name, N-Lighten Up is a play on words that touches on many of our services. "N" is the initial of my first name. Its use says that it's my own unique approach, and the combination sounds like "enlighten" which I hope is a byproduct of what we do at the Center. "Lighten Up!" covers almost anything you can think it might mean. We work to neutralize the effects of stress which can make us heavy in both body and heart and create a darkness of mood and spirit. Stress really can make you "tired, fat, sick and sad!" Some of our "treatments" focus on humor and creativity allowing clients to "lighten up" first in spirit and then bring body and mind along.
